Heard Sri Kochiri Raja Shekar, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the Respondent No.4 in mutating the names of the Unofficial Respondent Nos.5 & 6 in the Revenue Record of various extents.

Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Vinukonda Mandal dated 06.02.2025 along with the correspondence between the Tahsildar and the District Collector dated 04.02.2025, the Representation submitted by Respondent No.5 dated 04.11.2024, the Sale Deed of Respondent No.5 and the Revenue Record etc. Copies of it are served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well and the same are taken on record. It is stated in the Written Instructions that the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner dated 01.07.2024 is under active consideration by the Tahsildar (Respondent No.4).

Having regard to the above facts, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Tahsildar, Vinukonda Mandal (Respondent No.4) to consider the Representation of the Writ Petitioner dated 01.07.2024 (Ex.P.8) and pass a Speaking Order in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from today and furnish a copy of such Order to all the interested parties including the Writ Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent Nos.5 & 6 forthwith.

Needless to state that the Respondent No.4 is statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to all the interested parties, including the Writ Petitioner and the Unofficial Respondent Nos.5 & 6 herein, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the final order.

Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this Order to Respondent No.4 within one week from today, for immediate compliance.

With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
