This Contempt Petition is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the Order dated 03.02.2021 passed in OA No.4016/2016. The direction in the OA was to prepare the modified seniority list dated 01.11.2016 assigning the seniority to the Cameraman Grade-I on the basis of their seniority in the post of Cameraman Grade-II.

The respondents filed a counter affidavit stating inter alia that a revised seniority list dated 14.07.2021 was issued. With that, the orders stand complied with. In case the applicant is not satisfied with that, it is left open to him to pursue the remedies in accordance with law. The CP is accordingly closed.
