Judgment
Mr. Sudhanshu Rai, Advocate, Civil Court, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh has sent present letter petition by post complaining about construction of multi-storied buildings by the residents after demolition of old houses on both the sides of road from Kalinganj (Kadam Ghat) to Dalal Ghat Tiraha in City Azamgarh adjoining River Tamsa by illegally getting site plan approved from the Azamgarh Development Authority in violation of directions issued by this Tribunal.
We have noticed that the applicant is an Advocate who is practicing in Civil Court, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh and has the requisite resources for filing application in the prescribed format by pleading all requisite details regarding the factual background, the grievances raised and impleading the necessary parties including the violators and the colluding officers.
In these facts and circumstances, it will not be appropriate to take any further action on the present application which lacks requisite details regarding the factual background, the grievances raised as well as the parties whose presence is necessary for proper adjudication of the questions involved and the present application is disposed of accordingly.
However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file application in prescribed format with requisite details and documents and by impleading the necessary parties.
A copy of this order be sent to the applicant by e-mail for information.
