Judgment
Grievance in this application is against the illegal construction on the bank of River Ganga in District Moradabad, U.P. in 'no construction zone'. The applicant has stated that he tried to collect information but could not collect. Illegal constructions are adversely affecting the environment. Drains are meeting a river Ramganga discharging pollution.
River Ramganga is a tributary of River Ganga and remedial action for pollution of Ganga is being separately monitored by this Tribunal in OA No. 200/2014, M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Ors., on directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The matter was last considered on 23.11.2021 and next date for hearing is 28.04.2022. The issues raised in this application already stand covered in the said matter. Moreover, the application has been filed without requisite particulars and without impleading the alleged violators as party.
In view of above, this application cannot be entertained and will stand disposed of.
