Going by the nature of relief sought for and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is admitted to hearing

and same is taken up for final disposal.

Through the instant writ petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs in the nature of mandamus:-

i) Commanding on the respondents particularly the respondent No.2 to approve the proposal/recommendation submitted by respondent Nos.3&4

for regularizing the services of the petitioners as General Line Teacher w.e.f. 02.03.2009;

ii) Commanding on respondents to release all consequential benefits after being regularized as General Line Teachers w.e.f. 02.03.2014; &

iii) Commanding on respondents to fix the seniority of petitioners in the seniority list of General Line Teachers by treating them as appointee of

02.03.2009 and promote of 02.03.2014.

Admitted case of the petitioners is that respondent Nos.3 & 4 have submitted a proposal (Annexure-H at Page 17.10.2014) dated 17.10.2014

to respondent No.2 that the petitioners should be regularized as General Line Teachers with effect from 02.03.2009. To this, Mr. Malhotra,

learned GA, states that the authority concerned will consider the aforesaid communication as may be directed by this Court.

In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to accord consideration to the said communication

(Annexure-H) dated 17.10.2014 and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of eight-twelve weeks from the date of receipt of

certified copy of this order. Any consequential benefit arising thereupon shall also be released in favour of the petitioners.

The petitioners are at liberty to make further representation enclosing any document to respondent No.2.

Writ petition alongwith connected MP stands disposed of as above.
