Judgment
ORDER
Counsel for the FC has tendered a copy of the memo of withdrawal containing the details of payments due to all the Banks /Financial Institution including the FC. Counsel for the FC submits that FC has received an amount of Rs. 607,49,00,000/-. Counsel for the FC submits that original Framework Settlement Agreement is kept in their custody.
Having heard the both Counsels FC and CD, we take the Framework Settlement Agreement on record.
Counsel for the RP who was intervenor had earlier claimed his fees and charges. Counsel for the CD has promised that fees and charges payable to the RP is Rs. 7,27,096.00/- for which he has produced copy of a Demand Draft drawn on Axis Bank, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Branch. Counsel for the CD undertakes that the original of the same would be handover to the RP during the course of the day. Accordingly, the above C.P. stands disposed of as withdrawn.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the above Applications. Accordingly, they are disposed of as infructuous.
