ORDER

Counsel for FC has tendered Withdrawal Memo containing e-mail from Mr. Tarunkumar Prasad, DGM of FC informing the Counsel that the FC has received OTS amount of Rs. 20.50 Crore along with payment of interest of Rs. 1.67 crore and he has instructions to withdraw the main application.

Having considered the Withdrawal Memo and heard both Counsel for FC and CD and since it is a full and final settlement arrived at between the parties, there appears to be no need to grant liberty to the FC. The CP is allowed to be withdrawn. Disposed of as withdrawn.
