ORDER
Withdrawal memo filed. Mr. Dishit Bhattacharjee, Ld. Counsel for the FC and Mr.V.Ravinder, Ld. Counsel for the CD present. A withdrawal memo dated 29.11.2023 signed by the representative of the FC and its counsel, reporting that the FC has accepted the OTS proposal and seeks to withdraw the Petition with liberty to revive the Petition, if any violations as per the terms of OTS. In the light of the memo, nothing survives for adjudication in this Company Petition. Hence, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the FC to file a fresh petition on the same ground, in case of OTS fails. Accordingly, CP(IB)/128/7/AMR/2022 is disposed of.
