ORDER

Learned counsel for the parties have tendered the order dated 24.10.2024, passed by the Hon’ble NCLAT wherein it is recorded that the Financial Creditor had sanctioned OTS on 01.10.2024, pursuant to which entire amount of OTS of US Dollar 21,61,700 has already been paid by the Corporate Debtor to the Financial Creditor.

The default amount involved in this Petition was Rs. 19 crores and after interest the default amount came to be Rs. 26 cores, which has been settled for US Dollar 21,61,700 which is equivalent to INR Rs. 17.70 crores.

Therefore, FC seeks to withdraw the Company Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
