O R D E R

Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor present. Ld. Counsel for the Corporate Debtor present.

Heard the Ld. Counsel for the parties. It is learnt that settlement has been arrived at between the parties and Rs.19.90 Crores have already been paid. For the balance amount, a draft for Rs.10 Lakhs has already been handed over to the Financial Creditor. Therefore, substantial part of the order is complied with and nothing remains to be paid to the Financial Creditor.

In view of the above, CP(IB)/404(KB)2020 is disposed of as withdrawn.
