Heard Mr. Bhrigu Sharma, Adv. for the Petitioner/ Financial Creditor. Mr. Vipul Ganda, Adv. appearing on behalf of the Respondent/ Corporate Debtor submits that a settlement agreement has been filed by way of E-filing No. 0811101002502022 dated 29.03.2022. It has been agreed that Respondent/ Corporate Debtor will pay Rs. 25,00,000/- to the Financial Creditor and entire amount has been paid to the Financial Creditor. Mr. Bhrigu Sharma, Adv. acknowledges the receipt and seeks to withdraw the application. Permission granted. CP No. (IB)- 287/7/JPR/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of settlement agreement.
