ORDER
Learned Counsel Mr. M.L. Ganesh (State Bank of India) for the Petitioner is present.
Learned Counsel Mr. B. Sarath Babu for the Respondent is present.
Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner states that settlement has been arrived at between the parties. The Applicant has accepted the One Time Settlement (O.T.S.) proposal given by the Respondent vide letter dated 08.09.2021 for the terms and conditions set-out therein.
Accordingly, a memo dated 01.10.2021 in SR. No.4377 has been filed in the Registry.
Hence, this CP(IB)/54(CHE)/2021 is hereby dismissed as settled out of Court with liberty.
