ORDER
Counsel for the Applicant is represented by Ld. Counsel Mr. M.L. Ganesh. Ld. Counsel Ms. Adithi for the Corporate Debtor is present.
In IBA/404/2020, a memo has been filed under S.R.No.5332 dated 06.09.2022. It is stated in the memo that:
"It is respectfully submitted that the corporate debtor has settled the outstanding amount under OTS. Hence the financial creditor is withdrawing the above application as not pressed.
It is therefore respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to dismiss the above application as withdrawn and thus render justice."
The said memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, this IBA/404/2020 is dismissed as withdrawn as being settled out of court. No leave granted.
