ORDER
[IBA/819/2019]:
On having the Financial Creditor (Central Bank of India) counsel filed a memo stating that settlement is in progress and it will take some time to report settlement and sought for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file afresh, this IBA/819/2019 is hereby dismissed making it clear to the Applicant counsel, that the Creditor is always at liberty to file fresh application in the event settlement has failed.
Accordingly, this IBA/819/2019 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
