CA No. 466/C-III/ND/2018 has been filed on behalf of the Financial Creditor seeking for withdrawal of the petition in view of the settlement dated 03.6.2019 in the matter as between the parties and the liberty is given to revive the same in case there is any default on the part of the Corporate Debtor not abiding the terms of settlement. Counsels for the parties, the main petition in IB No.278/ND/2019 stands dismissed with a liberty given to file a fresh petition in case of default on the part of Corporate Debtor if terms of settlement are not abided.
With the above directions, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Let the files be consigned to records.
