ORDER
The Learned Counsel Mr.P.V.Murlidhar appeared on behalf of the Petitioner and the Learned Counsel, Mr.A.M.Ilango appeared on behalf of the Respondent through video conferencing.
Joint Memo of Compromise has been filed by the Financial Creditor vide S.R.No.4446 dated 19.07.2022.
Both the parties state that the Financial Creditor is not pressing the above C.P. as the matter in dispute was settled out of court. The Joint Memo of Compromise was taken on record.
