O R D E R

This matter is listed today for pronouncement of orders. However, Counsel present for the Petitioner mentioned that an admission order has already been passed by Court-V of this Tribunal against this Corporate Debtor vide an order dated 30.08.2021 in CP(IB)-66/MB/2020 for the commencement of CIRP.

In view of the above, the present Petition is infructuous and the Petitioner in this case is directed to file its claim with the IRP appointed in the above matter.

Petition [CP(IB)-134(MB)/2021] is dismissed as infructuous. File to be consigned to records.
