ORDER
This is a petition filed under Section 9 of IBC against Corporate Debtor, Go Airlines (India) Limited. Ld. Counsel for the Operational Creditor stated that the Corporate Debtor has already been admitted under Section 10 of IBC in the matter of Go Airlines (India) Ltd and vide order dated 10.05.2023, the Principal Bench has admitted that said petition. In view of this, the present Section 9 application has become infructuous. The Petitioner may file their claim before the IRP in the said proceeding. Therefore, the present petition IB-267/PB/2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
