Mr. Varun Kumar Tikmani, the RP for the Respondent herein qua Company Petition No. IB-264(PB)2023 submitted that in terms of the order dated 10.05.2023, the respondent herein has already been admitted to the CIRP, thus the captioned petition is otiose and is liable to be disposed of accordingly. In view of the order dated 10.05.2023 passed in Company Petition IB-264(PB)2023, the captioned petition is disposed of as infructuous. It goes without saying that the Petitioner herein would be entitled to espouse his claims in the CIRP already commenced in terms of the aforementioned order dated 10.05.2023. No cost.
