COMMON ORDER:

1.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in granting affiliation/finality approval to the petitioners-institutions for admissions to the Courses offered by the petitioners for the Academic Year 2026-2027.

2.

In this regard, the petitioners have submitted representations dated 27.05.2026 in W.P.Nos.21876 of 2026, representation dated 02.07.2026 in W.P.No.21811 of 2026, representation dated 01.05.2026 in W.P.No.21813 of 2026, and representation dated 28.04.2026 in W.P.No.26689 of 2026.

3.

This Court, vide order dated 06.08.2026, directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks. However, the respondents have delayed compliance with the orders of this Court, thereby keeping the petitioners away from the web-counselling process.

4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the first and second phases of web-counselling have been completed and that the third phase and spot admissions are likely to commence shortly.

5.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the Joint Director of School Education has informed their Office that the representations of the petitioners shall be considered shortly and requests one week's time for disposing the representations of the petitioners.

6.

Considering the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider the representations of the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order.

7.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
