O R D E R

None for applicant. Shri Rakesh Kumar Srivastava, counsel for respondents.
Written application has been received from the applicant’s counsel Shri Gopal Krishna Gaur stating therein that due to illness he is unable to attend the Court.
In this case compliance affidavit has been filed on 28.08.2023. Till today any objection has not been filed.
The respondents’ counsel heard.
This contempt petition has been moved for non-compliance of the order dated 06.08.2021 passed in OA No.553 of 2021. In para 05 of the above said order, the following directions were given :-
“5.Accordingly, this O.A. is disposed of with the direction to the competent authority amongst the respondents to consider and decide the representation submitted by the applicant dated 1.2.2021 followed by the reminder dated 24.2.2021 by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with the rules, within a period of three months from the date 3 of receipt of a certified copy of the order. The applicant is at liberty to file a supplementary representation to the respondents if he so desires. ”
The respondents filed the compliance affidavit on 28.08.2023. Along with the aforesaid affidavit, at page 10, copy of the speaking order dated 20.07.2023 is also annexed. As per court order the respondents were directed to decide the representation of the applicant. The respondents decided the aforesaid representation by the speaking order. If the applicant having any grievances against the aforesaid order he may challenge before the appropriate forum. At present no further action is required in this case. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are dropped and the respondents are discharged from their liability.
