Judgment
ORDER
None appears for the operational creditor as well as for the corporate debtor.
We receive one letter from the IRP to release him as IRP.
Issue notice to the IRP for his personal appearance. Matter to come up next on 25.03.2020.
Till then, IRP to proceed with CIRP.
ORDER
The Ld. IRP along with Ld. Counsel for the IRP appeared. The Ld. PCS for the Operational Creditor appeared.
The Corporate Debtor is already admitted for CIRP in CP(IB) No. 466/KB/2019.
The CA(IB) No. 1692/KB/2019 is filed by the IRP appointed by this Bench on the ground that he is over burdened with other cases. Since the Ld. IRP does not wish to continue, we allow him to withdraw from this matter, noting that he ought not to have withdrawn as IRP.
Accordingly, the CA(IB) No. 1692/KB/2019 is allowed and disposed of.
Be that as it may, in view the withdrawal of the IRP, another IRP, Shri Nitesh Mor, IBBI/IPA-001/P-01087/2017-18/11785, is appointed.
The matter to come up on 11-02-2020.
