Mr. A.K. Kashyap, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are made in the complaint of not refunding the sum of Rs.27 Lakhs and odd and in the legal notice, admission is there of receiving Rs.11 Lakhs and odd.

Mr. Ranjan Kumar, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2 submits that the amount is not paid and earlier twice, the matter was mediated in DLSA.

In view of the above and considering that the matter is arising out of an agreement, the matter is being sent to the Member Secretary, JHALSA for further mediation. The petitioners and opposite party no.2 shall appear before the Member Secretary, JHALSA on 12.02.2024. The mediation report shall be placed on record within two weeks thereafter.

This order is being passed on the request of the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners as he has submitted that the petitioners will appear and cooperate in the mediation.

Let this matter appear on 04.03.2024.

Till the next date, the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with Bankmore P.S. Case No.184/2022, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
