Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the matter was sent for mediation before the JHALSA, Ranchi for mediation, however, the mediation was not materialized.
The learned counsel for the O.P.No.2 on instruction submits that O.P.No.2 is ready for one time settlement but she is not ready to reside along with the petitioner.
In view of such submission of the learned counsel for the parties this matter is again sent to Member Secretary, JHALSA, Ranchi for mediation between the parties.
The petitioner as well as the O.P.No.2 shall appear before the Member Secretary, JHALSA, Ranchi on 27.02.2024.
Member Secretary, JHALSA, Ranchi shall provide a trained mediator to mediate between the parties.
On the first date of appearance, the petitioner will pay a sum of Rs.5000/- as one time travelling cost to the O.P.No.2.
It is expected that the mediation report shall be placed on record within four weeks thereafter.
Let this matter appear on 08.04.2024.
Interim order passed earlier shall remain in force till the next date.
