From perusal of the record, it is seen that applicant has expired. Several opportunities have been granted to the learned counsel for applicant to bring legal heirs on record.

Learned counsel for applicant submits that he has not been able to contact the legal heirs of the applicant. On the last date of hearing also, i.e. on 21.09.2023, he gave the same submission. Even on 24.05.2023 he submitted that he has no instructions from the legal heirs of the applicant.

It seems that legal heirs of the applicant are not interested in pursuing this case.

Accordingly, the O.A. is dismissed for non-prosecution.
