By way of these present petitions, the petitioner(s) seek directions to the respondents to pay the compensation in respect of their land and also

to pay damages caused to their properties. The petitioner(s) also seek direction to the respondents to enquire into the matter and survey the

affected land of the petitioner(s) for the purpose of compensation.

All these petitions are being disposed of by this common order as common issue is involved in all the petitions.

Mr. A.H. Hazarika, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the petitioner(s) may be permitted to withdraw all these petitions with

liberty to file fresh representations to the Deputy Commissioner, Williamnagar. The counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw all the

petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions, in case need arises. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has moved an application for withdrawal of

these writ petitions with liberty to file fresh petitions, in case need arises, the same is taken on record.

Ms. P. Agarwal, learned counsel for respondents No. 1 to 5 has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner(s).

In view of the facts and circumstances of these cases and submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner(s) as well as the applications

filed on behalf of the petitioner(s), these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
