By way of the present petition, the petitioners have impugned orders dated 14th August, 2013 and 27th August, 2013 passed by respondent

No. 2.

Initially, the writ petition was filed by three petitioners. Thereafter, an application bearing MC(WPC) No. 374 of 2013 was filed by petitioner

No. 3, Smti Rikynti Syiem seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. The said application was allowed vide order dated 22nd November,

2013 and the name of respondent No. 3 was struck out.

At the outset, Mr. K.C. Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that that the petitioners do not want to pursue the present petition

and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if occasion so arises. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also

moved an application in this regard. The same is taken on record.

Mr. K.P. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners and

submits that the respondents will raise objection, in case fresh petition is filed.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the application filed on

behalf of the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed subject to the condition that the respondents will be

at liberty to raise objection at an appropriate stage.
