Today, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the revised call. Also, there is no request on behalf of the applicant’s counsel for adjournment. It is quite apparent that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly OA (bearing Dy. No. 4246/2019) is dismissed in non- prosecution. All associated pending MAs stand disposed off.
