This Review Application has been filed by the applicant in the O.A. From a perusal of the record, it is evident that there was no appearance on behalf of the review applicant on 07.09.2022, 19.10.2022, 23.11.2022 and also on 11.01.2023. It is also noted in order dated 19.10.2022 that last opportunity is being given and if the review applicant is not present, the Review Application shall be dismissed in default.

In view of the above mentioned, it is observed that the review applicant is not interested in pursuing the Review Application. Accordingly, the R.A. is dismissed for default and non-prosecution.
