O R D E R
Shri S.K. Kushwaha, counsel for the applicant. Shri Vinod Kumar Pandey, counsel for the respondents.

Because regular Division Bench is not in existence, this matter has been placed before Single Bench today.

Counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of this OA for which he has filed MA No. 2981/2022. Because applicant seeks unconditional withdrawal of O.A. therefore, prayer is allowed.

In the aforesaid situation MA No. 2981/2022 is allowed and the OA is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
