O R D E R

Through this Original Application, the applicant is seeking quashment of impugned transfer order dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure A/2) whereby he has been transferred from Dongarhgarh to Nagpur. He is also seeking quashment of order dated 05.06.2026 (Annexure A/1) whereby his representation has been rejected.
The counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide his appeal dated 23.04.2026 pending before the respondents in a time bound manner and Central Administrative Tribunaltill then no coercive action be taken.
The counsel for the respondents has no objection if this Original Application is disposed of in above terms.
Accordingly, this Original Application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to decide the appeal dated 23.04.2026 (Annexure A/3) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is further directed that till such time representation is decided, no coercive action be taken.
It is made clear that we have not commented anything on the merit of the case. The applicant is directed to provide a copy of the order of this Tribunal along with the copy of Original Application to the competent authority.
