The revision petition is filed challenging the order in MC 129/2015 of the Family Court, Mavelikara. The revision petitioner was the respondent and the respondents were the petitioners before the Family Court.

Heard; Sri.S.Shanavas Khan, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner and Sri.A.Shafeek, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the subject matter in dispute between the parties has been settled as per the Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 22.11.2023 executed by them and countersigned by their respective counsel before the Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Kerala.

I   have   perused   the   Memorandum   of Settlement  Agreement and  have found the same to be in accordance with law.

Resultantly, the revision petition is disposed of, in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement Agreement dated 22.11.2023, which shall form part of the order.
