The revision petition is filed assailing the order in MC No.337/2021 of the Family Court, Malappuram, dismissing the application filed by the first revision petitioner and ordering the respondent to pay the second revision petitioner monthly maintenance allowance @ Rs.3,250/- from the date of application (15.11.2021).
Heard; Sri.P.Samsudin, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners.
Today when the revision petition was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that he has filed a memo dated 18.12.2023 stating that the difference of opinion between the revision petitioners and the respondent has been harmoniously settled and they have resumed cohabitation. Therefore, the revision petitioners are no longer desirous of prosecuting this revision petition.
Hence, the revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
In the light of the memo dated 18.12.2023, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
