Heard Sri M. Vijay, Ld. Counsel for the Writ Petitioner in W.P.No.8424 of 2025 and Sri Basheer Ahemed, Ld. Counsel for the Contempt Petitioner and Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, Ld. Government Pleader for Education.

Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, Ld. Government Pleader, appearing for the Official Respondents as well as the University submits that the examination will be held according to the schedule notified. Ex.P.1 in W.P.No.8424 of 2025 is the schedule of examinations along with the Hall Ticket. It is his contention that, some of the Hall Tickets which have been uploaded on the website by the University have again been withdrawn.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that the Hall Tickets which were prepared earlier were mistakenly uploaded and having noted the said error, the University had withdrawn the said Hall Tickets. He would submit that the Hall Tickets are now under preparation and would be uploaded latest by tomorrow. He would submit that the candidates are at liberty to download and obtain a print of the Hall Ticket from the website of the University.

Sri Gurram Ramachandra Rao, Learned Government Pleader would submit that insofar as the Contempt Petitioner is concerned, his Hall Ticket also would be uploaded in the usual course by tomorrow subject to all just exceptions.

In this view of the matter, the Contempt Case as well as the Writ Petition are disposed of, as no further consideration is necessary.

Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
