Petitioner No.1 is running a Paramedical College and petitioners No.2, 3 and 4 are the students who are admitted to I year Diploma and their names have been reflected at Sl.No.11 (Operation Theatre and Anaesthesia Technology) and Sl.No.6 and 13 (Medical Laboratory Technology) respectively.

The case of the petitioners is that they had uploaded the applications to take-up supplementary examination, however, the respondent-Board had not issued hall tickets in respect of petitioners No.2, 3 and 4 apparently on account of certain technical snag in uploading their applications.

Learned counsel the petitioners submits that supplementary examinations have commenced from today. The petitioners had to attend two exams i.e., today and tomorrow. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since they have missed the opportunity to take-up examination today, they may be permitted to take-up examination tomorrow.

Sri. Neelakantappa K. Pujar, learned High Court Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, submits that the petitioners in the first instance have not at all filed the applications, therefore there was no possibility of issuing the hall tickets to them. However, he fairly submits that if the applications of the petitioners have been submitted and required fees is paid, the respondents would look into the matter and permit them to take-up the examinations tomorrow.

Submission of the learned High Court Government Pleader is taken on record.

Respondents No.1 and 2 shall verify if the applications are filed and requisite application fees is paid. If so, the respondents shall permit petitioners No.2, 3 and 4 to take-up the examinations which is to be conducted tomorrow.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
