Judgment
Mr.K.P.Raval, learned APP for the respondent - State submitted the report containing signature of the Police Sub Inspector, Chamanpura
Police Chawky, Meghaninagar Police Station, Ahmedabad City, dtd.02.01.2018, wherein it is stated that the applicant got married to
Rajeshkumar Biharilal Sharma, 29 years old, Resident of Ahmedabad and she was missing from 17th October, 2017 from her parental home
without informing the family members. It is further stated that the missing entry was registered by father of the petitioner before Meghaninagar
Police Station. In connection with the same, investigation was initiated, but whereabout of the petitioner was not found. Thereafter, as the marriage
papers of the applicant were found, the parents as well as the family members of the applicant were informed. As the application with regards love
marriage of the applicant was received, it was reported to dispose of the janvajog entry with regards missing of the applicant. The applicant was
not found at the given address or her contact number has also not been given in the application. As the police inquired the relatives of the husband
of the applicant, they have not given information regarding whereabout of the applicant or the applicant has not contacted the police station till date.
Learned advocate for the applicant states at bar that the applicant is staying within jurisdiction of Nikol Police Station, therefore, she would be
available before In-Charge, Nikol Police Station on or before 9th January, 2018.
Respondent No.3 shall inquire the applicant in respect of the prayer made by her in her application and shall make necessary arrangement for
safety of life of the applicant.
With the above direction, present application stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
