It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were working as instructors under the scheme and having worked under the respondents, they were retrenched. It is further submitted that many of the similarly situated persons after retrenchment have been considered by the State Government and they have been absorbed in different Departments as per the policy decision of the State Government.

3.

The petitioners, in my opinion, should represent their case before the State Government for their absorption in either of the Government Departments according to their eligibility and in case, any such representation is filed before the appropriate authority, the same would be considered and disposed of in accordance with law by speaking order expeditiously and not beyond a period of three months from the date of its filing.
