Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned

counsel for the State.

The petitioners had worked as instructors in Non-Formal

Education Programme for certain period and upon its closure the

petitioners and others were retrenched from their respective jobs.

Large number of persons have approached this Court, raising plea

for their adjustment and obtained the order in their favour.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

similarly situated persons in C.W.J.C. No.8418 of 2010 were also

retrenched from their work while discharging the duty of instructor

and they have been given the benefit of adjustment in different

departments and the case of the present petitioners is identical to the

case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.8414 of 2010.

Let the case of the present petitioners be also considered

by the Director, Mass Education, Bihar, Patna and If he finds that

the case of the present petitioners is identical to the case of the

petitioners of C.W.J.C. No.8418 of 2010, the present petitioners will

also be extended the same benefit as has been given to the

petitioners of C.W.J.C. NO.8418 of 2010.

6 With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ

application is disposed of.
