Judgment
Sabina, J.—This petition has been filed u/s 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 200 dated 25.9.2007, u/s 366, 376, 451, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Division No. 7 Ludhiana.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 2.11.2010, the following order was passed:
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that the Petitioners were found innocent during investigation and had been summoned to face the trial on an application moved by the prosecution u/s 319
Notice of motion for 7.12.2010.
In the meantime, the Petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the Petitioners on interim bail subject to its satisfaction.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that in terms of the above order, the Petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court on 9.11.2010 and have furnished interim bail.
Accordingly, the interim bail furnished by the Petitioners before the trial Court, in terms of order reproduced above, is made absolute.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
