Judgment
Sabina, J.—Petitioners have filed this petition u/s 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No. 57 dated 20.7.2005, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120B of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Model Town, District Rewari.
At the time of issuance of notice of motion on 30.9.2010, the following order was passed by this Court:
Notice of motion for 17.11.2010.
In the meantime, the Petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release the Petitioners on interim bail subject to its satisfaction.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that in pursuance of the above order the Petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court on 30.10.2010 and have furnished interim bail.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the interim bail furnished by the Petitioners before the trial Court in pursuance of the order of this Court dated 30.9.2010, is made absolute.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
