Judgment
Sabina, J.—This petition has been filed u/s 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 55 dated 25.4.2010, under Sections 307/353/186/332/436/309/447/511/506/148/149/120B of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Talwandi Sabo District Bathinda.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that due to inadvertence, the name of Petitioner No. 4 has been mentioned as Jasbir Kaur son of Gitan Singh, whereas, it should have been Jasbir Singh son of Gitan Singh.
Let the name of Petitioner No. 4 be corrected as Jasbir Singh son of Gitan Singh.
While issuing notice of motion, the following order was passed by this Court on 29.10.2010:
Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has submitted that the FIR in question was a counter blast to the FIR lodged by the Petitioners'' side in January, 2010 (Annexure P-2). Offence u/s 307 of the Indian Penal Code has since been deleted.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the Petitioners be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. They shall abide by the conditions envisaged u/s 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh, has submitted that the petitioners have joined investigation in terms of the order reproduced above.
Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granting vide order dated 29.10.2010 is made absolute.
