Both Counsel jointly hand over to the Bench the withdrawal application containing consent terms. Counsel for the CD also provided the Board Resolution by the CD to settle the matter with the OC. The above documents are taken on record. Counsel for the both sides sought permission for withdrawing the main application, which is granted.

In view of the above, this I.A. is allowed and the main CP is disposed of as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights of the OC to revive the C.P. in the event of the failure of any of the conditions in the consent terms.
