ORDER
Learned Counsel for the applicant Mr. Alpa Jain states that parities have amicably settled the matter, and the copy of settlement duly executed between the parties on 03.06.2022 also recording the withdrawal of application is placed on record along with the letter received from the applicant to seek withdrawal of the application. Considering the submission made and documents also placed on record, the prayers
of applicant to withdraw the application is allowed. Thereby, CP (IB) 364 of 2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of.
