ORDER
Learned Counsels for both the parties state that parties have amicably settled the matter vide settlement agreement duly executed on 23.07.2021 between the parties which is placed on record. In view of the settlement, Learned Counsel for the applicant prays that application may be allowed to be withdrawn. Prayer is granted. Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to restore/revive the application in case of breach of the settlement agreement. Liberty is granted. Application is allowed and disposed of as withdrawn.
