ORDER
The withdrawal pursis filed by the applicant along with the settlement agreement dated 12.09.2022 duly executed between the parties. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the settlement agreement be taken on record and applicant be allowed to withdraw the application. In view of the settlement deed entered between the parties which are taken on record, the withdrawal pursis is allowed.
Thereby CP (IB) 554 of 2019 is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. In view of the main CP (IB) application being withdrawn, the pending IA 78 of 2020 and IA 656 of 2021 are also disposed of.
