Judgment
Per Hon’ble Mr. B Anand, Member (A):
Learned counsel for the applicants states that the applicants have been working in the respondents’ organization for more than 10 years. They seek regularization in the line of similarly placed employees, who have been granted benefit of such regularization, vide order dated 06.12.2023, in O.A./387/2019 (at page 62 of the paperbook) by this Tribunal and the respondents took the matter to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi by way of filing W.P. (C) No.13562/2024 & Batch. The Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide its order dated 24.09.2025, confirmed the order passed by the Tribunal and the same has been implemented by the respondents therein.
Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the respondents are not entertaining individual representations and the association has given representations dated 16.03.2026 & 27.07.2026. He submits that the applicants shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the aforementioned representations in the light of the above mentioned order passed by the Tribunal in O.A./387/2019 and the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court.
Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, we dispose of this OA, with direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 16.03.2026 & 27.07.2026, submitted by the applicants, in the light of above mentioned judgments and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The O.A. is disposed of in above terms, at the admission stage itself.
Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
