1.

Heard Ld. Counsel for both sides.

2.

The applicants have filed this Original Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 seeking the following reliefs:-

“A. An order be passed directing the respondent authorities, more particularly the respondent No. 6 to immediately dispose of the individual representations dated 14.08.2026 submitted by the applicants for regularisation of their service at par with the others contract/daily rated employees who are working under the respondent No. 6 and who approached the court of law and an order was passed by the court of law in their favour to regularise their service within a timeframe.

B. An order be passed directing the respondent authorities to transmit the original records of the case before this Hon'ble court, so that after perusing the same conscionable justice may be rendered to the applicant.

C. Any other relief or relief's, order or orders, direction or directions as your Honor deem fit and proper.”

3.

Ld. Counsel Dr. D. Chowdhry, appears on behalf of the respondents and files his memo of appearance, which is taken on record.

4.

M.A. No. 351/826/2026 for joint prosecution under Rule 4(5)(a) of the CAT (Procedure) Rules, 1987 is allowed. Accordingly, the applicants are allowed to pursue the remedy jointly.

5.

The instant application has been filed praying for consideration of the representations of the applicants which are pending before the authority.

6.

Ld. Counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicants are similarly circumstanced as the applicants in O.A. No. 351/1198/2025 and O.A. No. 351/1344/2026, which have been disposed of by this Tribunal vide its order dated 29.06.2026 and 11.09.2026 respectively.

7.

During the course of hearing, Ld. Counsel for the applicants has fairly submitted that it would suffice the purpose of the applicants if the competent respondent authority would be directed to consider the individual representation of the applicants dated 14.08.2026 in light of the judgement referred to in the O.A treating this O.A as a part of it and communicate his decision within a stipulated period of time.

8.

However, Ld. Counsel for the respondents has no objection to consider the representations after verification of the individual cases.

9.

Since the applicants have made an innocuous prayer for consideration of the pending representations, we deem it fit to dispose of this O.A. at admission stage, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction upon the competent respondent authority to consider the pending representation of the applicants dated 14.08.2026 treating this O.A. as part of it and after verifying the individual cases of the applicants, communicate their decision by way of a reasoned and speaking order to the applicants within a period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

However, we make it clear that we have not observed anything on merit.

10.

With the above directions, this O.A. stands disposed of at the admission stage itself with no order as to costs.
