I.A. No.7227 of 2024 has been filed for ignoring the defect nos.5, 6 and 7.
So far as the defect no.5 is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that District name is disclosed at the top of the page no.1.
In view of her such submission, defect no.5 is ignored.
So far as defect no.6 is concerned she submits that the name of the appellant nos.1 and 2 Shyama Rani Mandal and Parul Mandal are disclosed in the written statement of the O.P.No.1 and 2 contained in Annexure- A/1.
In view of that the defect no.6 is ignored for the time being.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as the defect no.7 is concerned the name of husband of appellant no.1 (Shyama Rani Mandal) is Subhash Chandra Mandal and the name of husband of appellant no.2 (Parul Mandal) is Manik Mandal. However, the respondents had wrongly mentioned the name of the husbands of the appellants.
In the appeal, correct name is disclosed and in support of that, the Aadhar Card and the written statement has been filed in the said I.A.
As such defect nos.6 and 7 are further ignored and the instant I.A stands disposed of.
Office will proceed further as per the procedure.
