Meenakshi Madan Rai, J
Mr. Sushant Subba, Learned Counsel enters appearance today on behalf of the Respondents No.1 to 12, 17 and 18 and has filed his Vakalatnama.
Ms. Gita Bista, Learned Counsel enters appearance today on behalf of the Respondents No.13, 15 and 16 and has filed her Vakalatnama.
Issue Notice to Respondents No.14, 19, 20, 21 and 22 as Notice issued to them is unreturned.
Learned Senior Counsel for the Appellants seeks to serve Notice by ‘dasti’ on the said Respondents.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that although the Paper-Books have been prepared, on perusal of the same it appears that a Petition filed before the Learned First Appellate Court under Order XLI Rule 27 and the evidence recorded thereof have not been included in the Paper-Books.
The Registry shall take steps to include the said documents in the Paper-Books.
