Judgment

Heard Smt. A. Paul, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.
There is no noting of the Registry as to whether any step was taken by the appellants in respect of respondent nos.10 and 12 (b) as per the previous order dated 22.05.2024. Smt. Pal, learned counsel is also not in a position to inform the Court in this regard. Anyway, when there is no mention regarding such step to be taken, it is presumed that step is yet to be taken by the appellants in respect of the respondent nos.10 and 12(b). In the cause title of Memo of Appeal, there is no serial number quoted therein as serial nos.7 and 11. The appellants were also directed to look into this matter.
Mr. D. Sarma, learned counsel has appeared for the respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(c) and 2. Similarly, Ms. M. Majumder, learned counsel has also appeared for respondent no. 12(g).
The appellants are, therefore, directed to take immediate step positively within two weeks in view of the order dated 22.05.2024.
